Welcome to "Mountain Memories". NEW TO OUR PROGRAM!!
You and your family will just adore spending quality time at our beautiful cabin. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, hot tub, pool table, nice mountain views, covered deck, gas fireplace, and over 8 acres with 3 ponds and a nice soothing stream. We are located just minutes from downtown West Jefferson with easy paved access. Ashe County is a special place to explore, shop, hike, fish, and createthose mountain memories that will last a life time!
Main floor: The main floor boasts a step-saver kitchen, double sided gas fireplace separates the living room and the kitchen, dining room. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with an En Suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom is also on the main floor with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway as well.
Lower Level: The lower level is the place to be! There is a large sectional leather sofa, large 50" flat screen TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and a computer desk. Everyone will enjoy a game of pool on our 8' pool table. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. Plus, there is another full bathroom with walk in shower. There is plenty of room for the entire family and friends. .
Outside: Relax and enjoy our 5 person hot tub on the covered front deck with views of Buck Mountain. The deck has a high ceiling timber frame to enjoy the mountain views. There is a table with 6 chairs to enjoy outside dining and take in the fresh mountain air. There is PLENTY of room to roam around with over 8 acres, 3 ponds (NO FISHING ALLOWED), tree tire swing, and our large fire pit.
At "Mountain Memories", we believe that nobody would be left behind. Why leave your pet at home when you can bring it along for the adventure? Well behaved dogs are welcome for a one time nonrefundable pet fee of $75/pet for dogs weighing less than 40 pounds. For dogs weighing more than 41 pounds, the pet fee is . $100/pet

As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow, ice, and some foggy days with occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains. It is YOUR responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter.
