It was exactly what i expected. It was very clean and comfortable and I loved spending time on the deck.

Loved this property. It's exactly as advertised. Perfect for a quiet vacation, but close enough to Main Street to get to restaurants, shops and the ski lift. The city stairway was not a problem to navigate. Of course, it was the early fall, I didn't have ski equipment and it's Utah-- you're in the mountains of course it will have an incline.

We LOVED our stay! Perfect location for a fall girls weekend getaway, we didn't find the stairs too terrible on the way down for shopping, eating and bar crawling : ) .... and though a bit daunting on the way back up, they were completely doable instead of Ubering home from dinner. Just pretend to be Rocky! :) The porch was perfect for morning coffee and we loved the view. I would recommend to anyone!

Very cozy chalet, had everything we needed and even though the snow conditions weren’t great we were still able to ski down to the town chair lift in the mornings and ride the bus back. Great location for dining and shopping in Main Street.

The house is well equipped for a cozy stay with 2-4 people. It has all the standard amenities and a nice, modern kitchen and living room. The house is located high above Main Street, though, and requires quite a walk to get to any of the main restaurants or shops on central Main Street. Additionally, ski in/out is very dependent on snow conditions (i.e. there needs to be quite a bit of natural snowfall), as the trails that connect to the street that the house is on seem to be some of the last that open as the mountain expands terrain in the early season. Thus, if you book this in December or January and there doesn't seem to be decent snowfall at Park City, it is very likely that you will have to walk (long) or drive (hard to find cheap parking) to the town lift or base to access the slopes. The drive is only about 5 minutes and we still found the skiing situation to be quite enjoyable, so don't let this point completely dissuade you from booking the house. If you don't mind walking and are an easy-going person, then this house could be perfect for you! If you hate walking and complain when things don't work out perfectly on your vacation, this house might not be for you... For us, the price and location were right and we overall enjoyed our stay here!

It was a comfortable, well appointed home we feel lucky to have stayed in during our weekend getaway to Park City. Most convenient for us was the baby-proofed and baby-friendly details like a gate for the stairs, booster seat, pack-n-play. It suited my husband, 17 month old daughter, and my mom perfectly for 3 nights. My husband and I were out the door early to ski all day and couldn't have been more grateful for the short walk to start and end our day. It's essentially ski in/out. Prior to going we read the negative comments about stairs down to Main St, etc. Yes, the town is in the middle of the mountains so there's quite the incline but that's no fault of the property. We called an Uber once for returning our rental equipment, but otherwise walking was easiest. If you're physically capable to ski, you can do the stairs :) Lastly, the property instructions and guidelines were spot on and really helped us come prepared. Make Open Table reservations from the suggested restaurants list and you won't be disappointed. Jodi was delightfully accommodating and understanding to traveling with a little one. We'd love to come back soon!!
