WELCOME TO “MOUNTAIN CREST”… a Three Bedroom Mountain Retreat recently remodeled including all new appliances and hot tub plus furniture and design upgrades throughout.
EXCEPTIONAL OLD TOWN LOCATION… The home is ideally located in the Town Pointe condominium development on Park Avenue, the most desirable address in Old Town Park City. It’s an easy one block, sidewalk stroll to the Town Lift and Main Street… mountain access, world-class dining, shopping and entertainment right at your doorstep. CONTEMPORARY MOUNTAIN DESIGN... Beautifully appointed and comfortably inviting... this home is perfect if you're looking for the ideal accommodations and location combined. The floorplan is open and inviting. The Kitchen and Dining Room flow seamlessly into the Living Room creating the ultimate space to gather with friends and family. The Living Room, with gas-burning fireplace and 60" Smart TV, is just the spot to relax after a big day skiing, riding or hiking the PC trails. And you don't have to go far to take relaxation to the next level... the brand new hot tub sits just outside on our private covered deck. Accommodations include 3 well appointed bedrooms… The Master and Queen Guest Bedroom have full en suite baths. The Twin Guest Bedroom has a detached bath also accessible from the foyer that leads to the main living area. The Living Room has a 60” TV with soundbar, Xfinity HD cable with DVR capabilities, Blu-ray player, plus Apple TV. Guests can connect via bluetooth to the soundbar and play their own music via Pandora, Spotify or ITunes. The Master Bedroom has 50” HD TV, Queen Guest Room has a 40" and the Twin Room has a 32". My family of five greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything we experienced was top notch from the beginning. Our flight to Salt Lake was delayed by several hours so we were extremely thankful that we had arranged to have a few grocery essentials stocked before we arrived. The kids were particularly pleased that the ice cream we requested was in the freezer for our near midnight arrival, while Mom and I were thankful that the coffee was in-house when we got up the next morning! The accommodations were perfect for us. 3 bedrooms (twin beds in one of the rooms) and 3 baths were just right. The kitchen was well-configured and had just the right equipment for us to cook breakfast most mornings. The location was perfect for us: novice skiers and town-explorers. We were able to walk most places in town (for example Atticus Coffee and Books - 5 minutes) while Deer Valley was 5-10 minutes away (depending on traffic) and Whole Foods/Kimball Junction was only 10-15 minutes away. We skied at Deer Valley, ski-biked at PCMR, cross-country skied at the Nordic Center, and finished each day in our own wonderful hot tub right on the private deck. Jodi was extremely responsive and gracious - a delightful host from start to finish. 6 stars out of 5 if that were possible! One of our best VRBO experiences to date!

Perfect location, amenities, and space for 4 adults and 2 kids on a ski vacation. Excellent management too! Couldn't be happier with the experience!!

Great location! Easy walk to Town Lift or restaurants on Main Street. If you are here for Sundance being able to exit to either Park Avenue of Deer Valley Drive is a big plus. Also easy to walk to either the Egyptian or Library Center. Perfect family condo for Sundance/skiing combination. Only complaint is that walls are thin and if you have a noisy tenant above you (which we did for 3 of our 12 days) it is annoying. Also beware of elevator; get on and off quickly and do not hold the door. We got stuck for 30 minutes on parking level until maintenance showed up to get us out. All in all a very good experience and reasonably priced compared to other options that have this close to skiing/old town location.

We are a family of 6 and had a lovely stay in this condo. Its easy walking distance to the town lift and the Main Street restaurants / galleries. We relaxed, jacuzzied and watched the Super Bowl on the big TV after a day on the slopes, it was great. The bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival was a really nice treat, thank you! Definitely would stay here again :)

My family and I enjoyed another wonderful week in beautiful Park City, in part because of the convenient location and comfortable accommodations provided by Mountain Crest! From the fully equipped kitchen, to the comfortable beds, soothing hot tub, and warm glowing gas fireplace, the fam and I enjoyed all aspects of our time in the condo. Additionally, the location is ultra convenient: a short walk into Park City for food, shopping, and skiing from the Town Lift, as well as 5-7 minutes to either a grocery store for stocking up or Deer Valley for more food, shopping, and skiing. Add it all up and Mountain Crest is an excellent place to call "home" during a Park City vacation.
