Welcome to Laurel Lodge.
Laurel Lodge is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday living. There are 3 private bedrooms (2 queen beds and 1 full size bed) and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
There is one bedroom with a queen size bed on the main level with the living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms with queen bed and full size bed are upstairs with the 2nd bathroom. You can stay connected with our newly installed wireless router.
Laurel Lodge boasts a spacious screened in porch, gas grill, and plenty of seating. There is also a 5-6 person hot tub on the deck. There's nothing like relaxing and soaking in the hot tub after a day of shopping, hiking, canoeing, or skiing! Everyone will enjoy a friendly game of table tennis located on the lower level of the home.
Appalachian Ski Mountain is approx. 30-40 minutes away in Blowing Rock.
Within 20-45 minutes to West Jefferson, Boone, Blowing Rock, skiing, fishing, horseback riding, The Blue Ridge Parkway, ASU, Mast General Store, Tanger Outlet Shops, Tweetsie Railroad, and all the restaurants you can imagine. At Laurel Lodge, we believe that nobody should be left behind. We will allow you to bring your four-legged family member under 20 pounds with you for a one time nonrefundable pet fee of $50. Isn't it wonderful that for once you won't have to wonder how your best friend is doing in the kennel "back home?"
2 night minimum for off peak seasons
3 night minimum for holidays and the entire month of October.
4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday
7 night minimum for the July 4th and Christmas/New Year holidays.

As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow and some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter.
