| On a budget? Want to visit the Blue Ridge Mountains? Check out "The Tree House" condo! We now have WIFI!!!! Relax and enjoy the mountain views and the beauty of the mountains we call home! This beautiful condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a queen size bedroom on the main floor and the king bed is upstairs in the loft bedroom along with another queen size bed for additional sleeping. The 2nd bathroom is on the upper level with the king size bed. There is a sitting area in the basement with a nice flat screen TV, a half bathroom, and an arcade video game. The Tree House Condo has a bright and open feeling, a comfortable living room with wood burning fireplace, and beautiful views. Its central location in Fleetwood Falls, which is in Southern Ashe County, is a skip away from the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Tree House Condo is also located just minutes from Todd General Store where during summer, you can enjoy home grown blue grass music every Friday. Appalachian Ski Mountain is approx. 35 scenic minutes away. NO SMOKING is allowed inside of our rentals! As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow and some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter. There is a 2 night minimum for off peak seasons and a 3 night minimum for holidays and the entire month of October. 4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday and a 7 night minimum for the July 4th and Christmas/New Year holidays. Check in time is 4:00 pm or after and check out time is 11:00 am. You can book our rentals 1 of 2 ways.
