Wolf Ridge Chalet is a beautiful and spacious retreat for everyone in your family. We are conveniently located just 15 – 20 minutes from Boone or West Jefferson, NC! Plus it’s all paved access for up to 6 cars. You’ll enjoy our beautiful mountain views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Christmas tree farms.
Our home offers 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 guests. There are 2 queen size bedrooms on the main floor and each bedroom has an en suite full bathroom. The master bathroom boasts a lovely claw foot tub perfect for soaking and a stand up shower. There is a private bedroom just off of the loft area that has a full size bed for extra sleeping. As you travel downstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, one queen size and the other has a full size bed. There is a full bathroom in the basement are as well. Plus there is a large room above the garage with 2 full size beds (bedroom #6) and a half bathroom room. There's plenty of space to sleep up to 14 guests.
The beautiful and modern kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances such as a dish washer, built in microwave, and a fridge with ice maker. The kitchen is modestly equipped with most everything you need to prepare your favorite meal for your family. The open floor plan has a new dining room table that can seat up to 6 people and there are 6 bar stools located at the peninsula for additional dining area.
You’ll just LOVE the large spacious decks to sit a spell and enjoy the fresh mountain air and adore the views. After a hectic day of shopping, skiing, hiking, bike riding, fishing, or any other strenuous activity, you’ll want to soak in our large 6 person spa. The soothing water of the hot tub can help melt away tension and let relaxation replace the stress of the day!
The entire group will enjoy the large 100” movie screen to watch your favorite TV show or your favorite movie. We have something for the entire family to watch from our large inventory of over 200 DVDs. The movie projector also has surround sound so you’ll feel like you’re right in the middle of everything. When the sun goes down, take the family to our large fire pit and enjoy roasting marshmallows, wieners, or telling your favorite ghost story. This is a perfect way to have family time and create memories that will last forever!
At Wolf Ridge Chalet, we believe that nobody should be left behind. Why leave your pet at home when you can bring it along for the adventure of a lifetime? Well behaved dogs are welcome for a one time nonrefundable pet fee of $75 per pet plus tax.
There is a 2 night minimum for off peak seasons and a 3 night minimum for holidays and the entire month of October. 4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday and a 7 night minimum for the July 4th and Christmas/New Year holidays.
Check in time is 4:00 pm or after and check out time is 11:00 am.

As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow and some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter.
