Welcome to PHOENIX VIEW!! Our beautiful home is situated on 45 acres with plenty of privacy and seclusion. This IS a true Blue Ridge Mountain retreat!

Phoenix View is a spectacular and beautiful 4 bedroom 3 and 1/2 bathroom retreat boasting 2 wood burning fireplaces, fire pit, pool table, Wi-Fi and total seclusion that can accommodate up to 8 guests. We are only located about 10 minutes to the quaint town of Jefferson and about 15 minutes to West Jefferson. The famous Shatley Springs Inn and Restaurant, which serves family style country dining, is less than 3 miles away. We're sorry, but our home is not pet friendly.
MAIN FLOOR: The updated and modern kitchen boasts all of the common kitchen appliances with dishwasher, French door fridge with bottom freezer (ice maker), Keurig and a regular coffee maker, wall oven with built in microwave, induction cooktop stove and more. Just off of the kitchen area is our cozy breakfast nook to enjoy that morning cup of coffee while enjoying the views and mother nature. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests.
EVERYONE will enjoy our massive great room with a stunning floor to ceiling stacked stone wood burning fireplace. There is a separate seating area to watch TV on our large flat screen Smart TV with cable. The TV has an app for Netflix so you can watch hours of your favorite shows using your Netflix account. There is even a bright and airy sunroom just off the kitchen area to read your favorite book and do some work away from home.
Escape to our master suite with king size bed with en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The master suite has a wall mounted flat screen cable TV as well.
There is a half bathroom on the main floor along with the large laundry room with frontend loading washer/dryer.
UPPER LEVEL: There are 3 queen size private bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper floor. Enjoy reading or relaxing in the loft while gazing out the window.
LOWER LEVEL: Retreat to the lower level to enjoy a game of billiards or relax by our stacked stone wood burning fire place. Plus, there is a flat screen cable TV as well. There is also a full bathroom along with a walk-in shower on the lower level.
2 night minimum for off peak times
3 night minimum for select holidays and the entire month of October
4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday
7 night minimum for the July 4th week & Christmas/New Year holiday

CHECK OUT TIME IS BEFORE 11:00AM.

As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow, ice, some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which could be ICY AND SLICK in the winter months. For the safety of you and your traveling party, PLEASE be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel/AWD, good tires and/or chains. It is YOUR responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, ALLOWANCES OR DATE CHANGES RESULTING FROM YOUR NEGLIGENCE IN THIS MATTER.
